Great company and good culture but its challenging

They are who they say they are

Toxic work environment and management.

Incompetent upper management and a lack of accountability. Quality of life improvements are suggested and ignored, no enforcement of any sort of ristrictions when it comes to management. Short deadlines, added responsibilty no sign or mention of a raise. High turnover rate.

a family I never want to leave as long as challenges and opportunities continue. you can make your career here as much as you desire...management listens and wants to accommodate those that give back and work hard

Good but communications are hard

I don't like the leadership team. They're geared towards expansion without giving the nessecary ground work needed to be operational. Leaving people over worked till they play catch up with their mistakes and provided the means to handle the workload only to see they've increased it more.

Low pay ,added responsibility , lacluster management, no upward monility or lwarning oppurtunity. If you're not being paid well or learning anythjng it's time to leave

Respect at the least. Acknowledgement of the work that people go out of their way to get done for their departments and fellow employees.

Firmenich does not do a good job of vetting its employees, so they end up with a mediocre talent pool and a toxic work environment.
