My team has a positive culture because we all like our manager. The company as a whole does not have a great culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the annual review process does not motivate employees. There is no incentive to perform better as 1-3% raises are the norm no matter what the review score is.
