It nice knowing that if there is help needed on a certain product or question, there is always help.

I really enjoyed the work environment, many times I look forward to going to work and enjoying my time there.

Its nice that they ask you a few questions regarding what would you do if this happened on a call with a customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management feel like a close knit family, you can tell that they care for the products they service as much as they care for the employees.
