There is always incentives they offer for overtime, and yearly raises based on your performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more pay would be nice for sure
A bigger paycheck in my account
Its none stop work for little pay. Need more money for the amount of work
What are some of the best things about your team?
cultural, team work, personailitys, laughing
I really enjoyed the work environment, many times I look forward to going to work and enjoying my time there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the cattiness and be kind to other this isn't high school
Too many people aren't concerned about being the best professional versus unethical practices of covering up mistakes and not practicing true teamwork driven by the mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It nice knowing that if there is help needed on a certain product or question, there is always help.
It is different depending on the department.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Negative culture with bureaucratic ways
What did you like most about the interview process?
honest relaxed smiles work ethic integrity
No hoops and wires to jump through
Hr was kind. They seemed fair
Its nice that they ask you a few questions regarding what would you do if this happened on a call with a customer.

The challenge of what I get to do. I work with a great group of professionals. We are mostly working to succeed and create a new culture.
