Ronald Butler II — Chief Administrative Officer & EVP at First Financial Bankshares

Mr. Ronald D. Butler, II, also known as Ron, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Abilene Region for First Financial Bank. Mr. Butler also serves as Chief Administrative Officer of First Financial Bankshares Inc and Executive Vice President of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. Mr. Butler served as the Chairman of the Board of First Financial Bank, National Association since September 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since March 2006. Mr. Butler serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of First Financial Bankshares Inc. since 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President He also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Stephenville Bank. He left Abilene in 1996 to become President and Chief Executive Officer of First Financial Bank of Eastland. He was elected as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company's Stephenville bank in 1999 and has guided that bank through two bank acquisitions and one new branch opening. He served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for First American Bank in Abilene and Ranger from 1982 to 1993. He serves as the Chairman of First Financial Bank - Abilene at First Financial Bankshares Inc. Mr. Butler served as Director of Stephenville Bank & Trust Co. He serves as the Chairman of the Abilene Industrial Foundation and Chairman of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce in 2010. He serves as a Director of the Hendrick Medical Center Foundation, West Texas Rehabilitation Center and West Central Texas Municipal Water District. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University. Mr. Butler is also a graduate of Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, a three-year program at Southern Methodist University and is an honor graduate of the National Commercial Lending School at Oklahoma University.
