Communication is horrible. The pay gap is horrible. And the leave policy and medical benefits are horrible.
Our Culture and work/life balance flexibility
When someone joins our company, it would be nice to extend to them vacation time that is commensurate with their experience. In other words, not making an experienced hire start over at the minimum vacation time the company offers.
