After joining FNB in 2005, Delie became President of First National Bank in 2009. He was promoted to President of F.N.B. Corporation in 2011, was named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board of Directors in 2012, and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank in 2017. He additionally chairs the Board’s executive committee.
Delie has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, which has included executive roles at National City Bank and various positions held in capital markets and investment banking. Delie earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Active in the community and the financial services industry, he currently serves on multiple boards including the United Way of Allegheny County and is involved in many trade associations.
