Mr. Michael J. Roffler, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of First Republic Bank since January 1, 2015. Mr. Roffler served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of First Republic Bank from November 2009 to December 31, 2014. He served as Vice President and Treasurer at First Republic Preferred Capital Corp., since March 2010. Before joining First Republic in 2009, Mr. Roffler was a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP for 16 years, five of which were as an Audit Partner. Mike is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program in 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Marquette University in 1993.
