Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Insurance is increasingly more expensive and not as good. I don't really enjoy have sick time mixed with PTO, sick time provided is the least amount I've received through any other credit union I've worked for and the insurance is the most expensive.

Ive been working there 5 years and have only been raised $4
