What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far I have seen them more than any other company I have worked for. The CEO calls employees on their birthdays, that's a nice touch.
Engaging team and great experience
They are in tune with Emotional Intelligence. Work-life balance, common sense direction, always striving for excellence for both customers and employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting their employees first instead on the money they make off the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance is increasingly more expensive and not as good. I don't really enjoy have sick time mixed with PTO, sick time provided is the least amount I've received through any other credit union I've worked for and the insurance is the most expensive.
Ive been working there 5 years and have only been raised $4

Knowledgable, Experienced, Hard Working, Flexible

We work well together but higher paid employees look down on no salaried employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feedback is valued among all positions, the work environment feels collaborative. Not just the executive team begging for more and more.
It is clean and provides all the necessities to get our work done
