What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Valuing their people with compensation better pay better equipment and not just lip service
Communication. The company is based in India, and they often do not know how to correctly communicate with Americans
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not having to do an end of year bonus where you have to write a review followed by evidence of what you have done. Having your bonus affected by the decisions of others
For all the stress that I have to go through, I should be making way more.

Improving the actual systems and processes instead of playing pass the blame for the same old issues
They need to actually care about the job and do their work on time
