What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust their employees to work hard, and they have a good vision for what they want. There's a lot of enthusiasm and openness about what we're aiming for. They do their best to be transparent, which can't be easy in any corporate environment. I appreciate their efforts.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so kind, and they take the time to be open and honest about what they're working on and why it matters. It's a pleasure to work with everyone at Fishbowl. There are no cliques or barriers of communication. The openness of every team is a great asset.
Very friendly and family oriented. People have their priorities straight about a work-life balance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely friendly and down to earth. The CEO and President regularly visit all the different departments. The culture is welcoming and open.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was entirely focused on my experience and what I wanted to bring to the table. And they got back to me so quickly about it. They didn't require lots of interviews and jumping through many hoops. It was quick and straightforward. And it worked great because I'm still here.
It was very casual and friendly, not at all like a corporate environment

What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom I have to do my job without worrying about little things. There's a great sense of safety and trust here. I get to do my best work and get recognized for it. And when I'm done with work, I can turn it off and focus on my family.
