The team atmosphere is more often than not a really pleasant experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You never make less in a year than you did in the previous year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Top level isn't in tune with Day to day issues. Lower management is quite good though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the company is outperforming, it's great. When they were underperforming (a lot of recent years) it was uncomfortable.
