Higher Pay. 25% below market value.
Must pay more to keep people from leaving
I left Rolls-Royce and saw my pay increase by over 50%

My team acts professionally, with few exceptions

Skill Level, work ethic. Positive attitude.

Each day offers different challenges, and the company ensures you are equipped to face those challenges.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees in the US do not receive fair compensation compared to the UK. In 2020 & 2021 the US gave up wage increases, but this was not so in the UK due to the union.
