When they do a great job that’s worth it

They vary from whitewater rafting trips, skiing, camping, fishing tournaments & off shore excursions, bonus getaways, charity events, company wide community service opportunities, concerts or sporting events & MAGA rallies... which are kind of like concerts or sporting events, only much MUCH more exciting!

Depends on the project

It depends on how long you’ve been working here. It’s also based on hours you work; you earn time off. Basically, meet your hourly quotas needed to satisfy the job at hand & take the rest of the days off if you wish to take time away from the office. Or, come in anyway and stack up some extra hours that you can cash in at later date if you would prefer.

There are no relocation expenses or moving stipends. If you want something sometimes you have to make a sacrifice to get it! Make that sacrifice with FKA & such penance earns you the keys to the castle which will open the doors that lead to your path for success or let it be the springboard to one day taking a leap toward a brighter future if that’s where life takes you!

Well, in a healthy working environment you’d be surprised how unimportant, in fact HOW USELESS healthcare is because you don’t get sick! When you enjoy doing what you’re doing, the people you work with, the place that you do the job at & you eat good quality food every day, well you free yourself from the stress that work usually burdens us with and that burden weighs heavy on us all, breaking us down & only then do we become susceptible to the Junk in this world lurking about to infect us. But healthcare premiums are fully covered for everyone so all you have is a copay in the event you need it. That includes anyone that may have preexisting conditions. It also includes any accidental “on the job” injuries; such as missing the foam pit or any river related incident including swimmers ear or any ramrodding rear Enders resulting from reckless river rapid regrets &/or wreckage.

The fact that I feel just as special as the next person. Everyone does. We’re all essential, no matter what the role, because the job wouldn’t be completed without everyone working in sync. Everyone truly cares about the next & although some people do make more money than others no one ever has to feel inferior due to the financial aspect. As I said, we care...and if 1 person is struggling then we all are. So the newbies that come in, the ones that literally make our lives a walk in the park by doing all the dirty work while they’re paying their dues, well...those dues are rewarded with much more than just experience. We know how hard it is when you’re starting off & we know you can’t be your best unless you can focus all your effort on the job you’re doing and not having to Side hustle it elsewhere so that you can afford to still do your main job. So we make sure each person has their rent payment covered & besides having the kitchen available at the office, they get a grocery stipend

It’s amazing; an open floor plan. It’s just such an unbelievable vibe. The experience even begins at the entrance... which there are 3 public entrances & 1 You only learn about once you get hired on. The 3 public entrances are themed: Star Wars, hobbit, & medieval castle. Can’t tell you the 4th theme, but did I mention this place has a moat? A friggin moat! Which, I must admit is actually just a lazy river with rapid chutes in certain areas for extra fun if you’d prefer kayaking or rafting it instead of lazy floating & it’s fully stocked with 5 different types of river fish (but it’s all catch and release, it’s fish Fry night which we will have from time to time as a company get together). Honestly, there are so many tech Toys, games, interesting things to do or play to get your mind kick started again if you dip into a rut or fall into a deep slump. Play a video game, experience a little VR, play with R2D2, play whack a gremlin or climb the rock wall & free BASE jump into the foam pit
