Mr. Kurt P. Adams has been President of Comdata Corporate Payments at FleetCor Technologies, Inc. since September 2, 2015. Mr. Adams served as President of Corporate Payments Solutions for U.S. Bancorp until September 21, 2015. He served as Head of Strategy and Planning for Elavon Merchant Services (Formerly, NOVA Information Systems, EuroConex Technologies Ltd.), a U.S. Bancorp subsidiary in Europe. Mr. Adams served as Vice President of Piper Jaffray Companies' investment banking group from July 2000 to June 2005 based in Minneapolis, MN and focused primarily on financial technology related mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and the private placement of equity and debt securities. He was responsible for strategic planning and international corporate development initiatives, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Adams holds B.A. from Arizona State University and M.B.A. from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
