The company requires more effort and pays less in salary than the industry standard.
Completely under valued! Fair compensation for work.
I do the work of 2-3 people since covid hit and I cannot get a fair wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The knowledge some of the senior players bring.
My supervisor was the best part
Teamwork and fast response time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no real communication and no one is on the same page.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always something to do
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To give a living wage pay instead of empty promises.

Working remotely is the best.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better communication, better customer service experiences
The company does back up their own staff - they are siding with the clients when we have back and white contracts stating that we are legally following terms.
