I do the work of 2-3 people since covid hit and I cannot get a fair wage.

The asked for details on how I could benefit the company - they were about business and I like that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company does back up their own staff - they are siding with the clients when we have back and white contracts stating that we are legally following terms.
