Sean Bowen — Senior Vice President and General Counsel at FleetCor Technologies

Mr. Sean Bowen serves as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. Mr. Bowen has global responsibility for all legal matters company-wide at FleetCor as its General Counsel. He joined FleetCor in March 2008 as its General Counsel. He served as a Division Senior Counsel for Internet Security Systems division of International Business Machines Corporation. He served as a Vice President, Contracts Administration and General Counsel of Internet Security Systems Inc. since March 2000. He served as a Senior Counsel of Eastman Chemical Company. He was a Partner in the Cleveland, Ohio law firm of Kahn Kleinman LPA before joining Eastman. Mr. Bowen holds B.S. degree in Management from the Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business and holds J.D. degree from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
