- What did you like most about the interview process?I liked the fact that they had me interview, not only with HR and management, but also with a few people who would become my peers if they hired me. It gave me insight into the company. As a candidate, I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me.
- What makes you most happy at work?The autonomy. Leadership trusts their teams to do what they were hired to do. They don't micro manage you at all. They expect everyone to be accountable for their performance, but that is something you should expect from yourself anyway.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is kind and respectful. Tons of positive feedback all the time. It's more like a family than a company. Everyone shares the same mindset, which is to give your best every day so you can be proud of the contribution you are making to an incredible company.

Fleets produce a lot of data, much of it siloed or offline. Fleetio aims to be the system of record for fleets, giving them a place to easily track everything. Simply tracking fleet operations isn’t good enough. People must be able to analyze their fleet data in order to gain insights. Our mission is more than providing reports and analytics that help customers understand their fleet data, we want to help them improve their fleet operations by creating a smarter solution that surfaces real, actionable advice.
