As one of our key company-wide strategic initiatives, we’ve partnered with Watershed, an enterprise climate platform that allows companies to measure their full Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions, plan and execute on steps to reduce emissions, and share results.

In line with our commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles, we’re proud to announce our ongoing participation in the Ecovadis assessment, a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation of our ESG performance. This proactive engagement underscores our dedication to transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in key areas that shape our impact on the planet, society and corporate governance.

Each year, we donate funds to a school and scholarship that contributes to a student attending university.

Global Internship & Graduate Programs
Our student-based programs --including US interns and a graduate program in India -- provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and career pathways for emerging talent.

Give Back Events
Our teams around the world plan and participate in a variety of Give Back Events. For example, a team of passionate volunteers in EMEA plan an annual give back hiking and camping trip, raising funds for local causes.
