Amazing and very smart people. Probably the smartest people I ever worked with. Work after hours is encouraged and you might feel bad if you don't do the same. The culture of the comoany is good, but it has some down points as "expected" layoffs that happens almost every year at the end of the year.

They're usually very transparent about how the business is going, plans for the future and action plans.

People have freedom and encouragement to try new ideas, interact with multiple teams and find creative solutions.

Being able to work fully remote and receiving some cash to help with expenses such as internet, home office materials, etc.

The team is passionate about our work and technologies we use. The team is always open and available to support and help each other.
