What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and bonus as well as days off
Base package and growth with market rates
Being able to work fully remote and receiving some cash to help with expenses such as internet, home office materials, etc.

Communication is effective. And you get to know everyone

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborative work ethics and not so high stress environment within my team. It changes ftom team to team.
People have freedom and encouragement to try new ideas, interact with multiple teams and find creative solutions.
