What do you like best about the leadership team?
Passion. Transparency. Grants autonomy but also willing to get hands dirty.
The team is innovative and driven.
Helpful, kind, uplifting and fun
Openness to share how the company is doing - good, bad, and things to improve. Goal setting at the top level which gives departments the ability to map to what will drive success. Things move fast here as well - people make all the difference in the world

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock option grant is great.
Equity is a nice longterm perk, but nearterm perks like 100% employer-covered medical/dental/vision are just as appreciated.
Completely paid benefits and unlimited PTO.
The money is good money
The stock options especially with our new round of funding.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a great background in the industry and is super knowledgeable.
everyone is kind and fun, its great actually enjoying your team!
Openness, helpful, figure things out together. find blindspots and figure out how to get better. Everyone also leans on the side of action - it's not just about strategy here. Try something to see if it will move the needle.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is a good one
The people are fantastic, very friendly and smart and solutions oriented.
allow people to try and make mistake
Everyone is friendly and collaborative and helpful
We have a brand new office with lots of natural light. The culture is very positive.

The day to day grind. Figuring something out that will lead to the success of the team, department, other departments and overall company.
