No work life balance. No concern for employee mental health. No concern for customers. Milking the taxpayers to pay for subsidized solar to build stock value but it's all BS and they have the highest rates in the whole state of Florida. Terrible company all the way around.

Work life balance, fair compensation, give up the stupid black belt.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give employees meaningful work, limit to 45-50 hours a week. Be honest with customers instead of tricking them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people still in the rank and file, but they are quickly being squeezed out by forced vaccinations and no respect.
