Give employees meaningful work, limit to 45-50 hours a week. Be honest with customers instead of tricking them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are terrible. HR reps give wrong information or dont get back to you. Benefits, bonuses and raises or even job security contingent on you bowing to corporate coercion of what you put inside your body.
Benefits are terrible. HR team is completely overwhelmed and provides wrong info or never gets back to you. Discrimination against employees who wont bow to bullying and coercion.
Need work life balance forgot what my kids looked like.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people still in the rank and file, but they are quickly being squeezed out by forced vaccinations and no respect.
Very focused and understanding and support in crucial situations
each is willing to speak their mind while remaining constructive and hardworking
No one is looked down upon when voicing their concerns or ideas.
People seem to like what they are doing.

Good stuff at work indeed
Very friendly and supportive and due you that you won't feel much stressed though it is
large opportunities for growth, however limited significantly by location
Multicultual experience is wellcome and appreciated

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the bullying and coercion. Treat people with respect. Do the right thing. Stop political pandering and manipulation. People should have value regardless of their skin color or disabily. Benefits need to improve. Honor diversity of opinion and thought instead of stifling and bullying.
Executive team! Start valuing employees for the contributions they make, not their disability/minority status or the willingness to sacrifice their body and beliefs to the whim of Corporate America who will happily eliminate you at the next purge session.
Work life balance, fair compensation, give up the stupid black belt.
