Gone woke!! High level corruption is insane. They want control of their employees' bodies now too. Disappointing to see it change for the worst over the years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are terrible. HR team is completely overwhelmed and provides wrong info or never gets back to you. Discrimination against employees who wont bow to bullying and coercion.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive team! Start valuing employees for the contributions they make, not their disability/minority status or the willingness to sacrifice their body and beliefs to the whim of Corporate America who will happily eliminate you at the next purge session.
