    Stop the bullying and coercion. Treat people with respect. Do the right thing. Stop political pandering and manipulation. People should have value regardless of their skin color or disabily. Benefits need to improve. Honor diversity of opinion and thought instead of stifling and bullying.

    Executive team! Start valuing employees for the contributions they make, not their disability/minority status or the willingness to sacrifice their body and beliefs to the whim of Corporate America who will happily eliminate you at the next purge session.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Benefits are terrible. HR reps give wrong information or dont get back to you. Benefits, bonuses and raises or even job security contingent on you bowing to corporate coercion of what you put inside your body.
