What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical aid and my dependants will be well looked after

Military leave was just announced

Amazing benefits, a lot 100% covered by company. Very reasonable even for families.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to market benchmark bonus and shares are below average. Also Executive Management have multiple times pushed bonus targets to "no payout", so when talking bonus with group there is a trust issue.

Paid according to global scale not as per national legislation
