Communicating with employees and lack of empathy
Such a horrible environment. The Managers are not capable of leading and have no focus on employee morale or engagement. Nobody makes it a priority.
Compared to market benchmark bonus and shares are below average. Also Executive Management have multiple times pushed bonus targets to "no payout", so when talking bonus with group there is a trust issue.
Paid according to global scale not as per national legislation
