What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees and lack of empathy
Such a horrible environment. The Managers are not capable of leading and have no focus on employee morale or engagement. Nobody makes it a priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to market benchmark bonus and shares are below average. Also Executive Management have multiple times pushed bonus targets to "no payout", so when talking bonus with group there is a trust issue.
Paid according to global scale not as per national legislation

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less layoffs. Executives that are more in touch with the actual day to day business.
A more collaborative tone from the top.
No focus on culture. No sense of belonging. Very negative.
