Melanie has 20 years of experience in building & growing high-performance Analytics teams focused on delivering leading-edge machine learning innovations that lead to compelling business results. Prior to joining Fluent, Melanie led analytics teams for Bed Bath & Beyond, Mindtree and Experian Marketing services where her creativity and results-driven approach led to many successful deployments of insights led marketing communication programs.
Melanie holds a master’s degree in statistics and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Montclair State University. While at Montclair State, she met her husband, Patrick. The two live in New Jersey with their 2 children.
