Mr. Garry W. Flowers has been an Executive VP - Office of the Chairman at Fluor Corporation since March 20, 2017. Mr. Flowers served as an Executive Vice President of Project Support Services at Fluor Corporation since February 2014 until March 20, 2017. Mr. Flowers served as the Group President of Global Services at Fluor Corporation from January 2012 to 2014. He has worldwide responsibility for the Fluor's Operations & Maintenance, AMECO (American Equipment Company), and TRS (Temporary Staffing) business lines. Mr. Flowers served as Senior Vice President of HSE and Corporate Security & Industrial Relations at Fluor Corporation from November 2003 to September 2009. He was responsible for Fluor Corporation's global Construction Services, Security and Health, Safety & Environmental functions and programs and has worldwide responsibility for the support of Fluor's field construction programs, all its employee- and labor-related matters and for the security of its more than 45,000 employees, property and information. He serves as the functional liaison with U.S. Government officials, security directors of other multi-national companies, outside specialists and consultants to stay abreast of the rapidly changing geopolitical developments. Mr. Flowers served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC. from August 2009 to October 1, 2011. Mr. Flowers joined Fluor in 1978 and subsequently held numerous positions within its Industrial Relations organization including served as its Director of Security since 1987. He was responsible for investigations into ethics violations, security clearances on nuclear utility projects and Fluor's chemical screening and drug-education programs. During this period, he was invited to testify before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Drugs in the Workplace. In 1991, Mr. Flowers served as a Senior Director of Corporate Security at Fluor, with direct responsibility for security issues throughout Fluor's global business operations. He serves as a member of the Chief Special Agents Association Inc. (CSAA); the International Security Management Association (ISMA), and the Executive Council of the U.S. Department of State, Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). Mr. Flowers received a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Furman University in South Carolina.
