Mr. Geoff D. Telfer serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations of Fluor Corporation and served as its Vice President of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations. Mr. Telfer is responsible for investor relations and financial planning and analysis. He has held a variety of finance leadership roles in his 35-plus years at Fluor. He joined Fluor in March 1981 He served as Chief Financial Officer for Fluor's Energy & Chemicals segment. He has also served as chief financial officer for Fluor's Power segment, as well as controller for the Mining & Metals business line. Mr. Telfer was the Australian regional controller and has also held finance leadership positions on numerous projects. He has been a Director of Fluor Australia Pty Ltd. since May 13, 2010. Mr. Telfer serves as a board member for Fluor Daniel India Private Limited and CFPS Engenharia e Projetos S.A. He serves on the executive committee of ICA-Fluor Daniel, S. de R.L. de C.V.
