Mr. de Bustamante has more than 27 years of experience in sales and operations in the engineering and construction industry ' focused on oil, gas, chemicals, mining, industrial and infrastructure. Other international assignments include Spain, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Puerto Rico, Chile, Brazil, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. He joined Fluor in 1990 and has served Fluor Corporation in a number of executive assignments and international locations. From 2009 to 2013, he served as Head of Middle East Operations in Abu Dhabi and led Business Development for Europe, Africa and Middle East Region. His Board memberships include Fluor Arabia Ltd (FAL) and Fluor Kuwait.
