Mr. Nestoras Koumouris, also known as Rick, has been Group President of Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Power, Life Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing at Fluor Corporation since May 16, 2017. Mr. Koumouris served as Group President of Infrastructure, Life Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing, Mining and Power at Fluor Corporation since March 20, 2017. Mr. Koumouris served as President of Mining & Metals at Fluor Corporation until March 20, 2017 and served as its Head of Global Business since 2007. In his 27 years at Fluor, Mr. Koumouris has held many and varied leadership roles including Vice President of operations, Vice President of business development and General Manager of Fluor's Vancouver and Santiago offices. He joined Fluor in Australia and spent 18 years living and working in the United States, Canada and Chile on assignments and projects in the oil/gas, pulp and paper and mining industries. Mr. Koumouris holds a Bachelor of (Chemical) Engineering Degree from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Engineering Science from Monash University. He obtained Graduate Diploma in Project Management also from Monash University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Oxford University.
