Mr. Ray F. Barnard serves as an Executive Vice President of Systems & Supply Chain of Fluor Corporation since June 2014. Mr. Barnard manages Fluor's extensive supply chain network to provide Clients with cost effective solutions for their capital sourcing requirements. He also provides leadership for Information Technology and Intellectual Property R&D. He has also been a Management Consultant for several companies, including DuPont, United Technologies Corporation, Engelhard, Procter & Gamble and American Board. He served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Execution Services at Fluor Corporation since January 2013. He served as the Chief Information Officer at Fluor Corporation since February 2002 to February 2014. He served as Vice President of Fluor Corporation. He focuses in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Project Deployment Strategies and Acquisition Strategies. He joined Fluor Corp., in 2000. He served as Senior Vice President of Trademc from 2000 to 2002, Executive Vice President of ENSCO Corporation from 1999 to 2000 and Vice President of IBM Corporation from 1994 to 1998. He has served as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of E-Business, Vice President of Global Systems, Director of Procurement & Financial Systems, Quality Assurance Director and in engineering, manufacturing, sales and consulting management positions. He has been credited with a variety of innovative approaches to ERP global implementation methodologies, software development and re-engineering practices. Savings from these approaches has been in excess of $1 billion and repeated at various companies. He holds several U.S. patents. He serves as a Director of LifeSite, Inc. and Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York and Fluor Foundation. Mr. Barnard attended Keystone College, State University of New York, Watson School of Engineering and Harvard Business School's Chief Information Officer Program. He has been awarded Physical Security Professional (PSP) designation and is Board-certified in Homeland Security (CHS-III).
