Tracey Cook — President of AMECO at Fluor Corporation

Mrs. Tracey Cook has been President of AMECO at Fluor Corporation since 2014. Mrs. Cook joined Fluor in 1989. She served as Vice President of Global Operations at American Equipment Company, Inc. (AMECO). She has 26 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with the last 14 years focused in the construction equipment field. During her tenure with AMECO, she has served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Regional Operations for North America/Caribbean and Vice President of Global Operations. Additionally, she has worked in various finance roles in the pulp and paper, mining, power services and technology consulting industries. Following several years in the field, Mrs. Cook relocated to California and worked in Fluor's Corporate Planning and Analysis group. Upon moving to Greenville in 1995, she worked on consulting services' new business and e-commerce initiatives. She then transferred to AMECO where she was instrumental in divesting the North American commercial equipment dealerships in 2001-2002. Mrs. Cook is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has completed several executive management and leadership programs including Wharton and Thunderbird Executive Management courses.
