What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very willing to hear out other people's opinions.
The leadership team is very friendly and easy to approach, even for interns. They interact directly with the employees, have lunch with us, and welcome us at the beginning of every week.
They are entrepreneurs who allow us to grow professionally and be engaged in our business.

I feel I am paid ahead of market and recognized for my contributions through my bonus.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody seems to be very innovative and share the same vision for the company.
intelligence, hard working, family orientated, caring, smart
Everyone is very knowledgeable in their respective field. In addition, everyone also has unique sense of humor. In addition, they are all easy to approach, which is a critical part of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
We pull together to meet our customers needs, from the CEO to the engineers, admin team to production.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture MAKES FluxData. Everybody works wonderfully and efficiently together and gets along great.

The incredible team, work environment and challenging work.
Sometimes, there are crunch periods. However, most of the time the work environment is fairly relaxed. The best thing is the easy communication between different project teams and management.
We work hard but also respect work life balance. We are a family here at FluxData and are working towards the same goals.
