What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct supervisor and manager is very accommodating and helpful. They are easy to talk to and would always be available to lend a helping hand when issues arise.
The culture and care for the Flynn Family is shown by the leadership team at Flynn.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team should take a business course so they can make adequate decisions.

Flynn is competitive and you never have to worry about not getting paid!

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They are driven and motivated to accomplish tasks and when one is in need of assistance, they are ready to lend a hand.
The support and drive to succeed for each other has been amazing. I have never worked at a place where my manager is trying to help me succeed over them!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As much as it is very professional, the way they treat each other as family is a positive trait.
In my 5+ years at Flynn, it shows that they care about the people who work here. From the amazing benefit packages to the scholarships for employees children, they really do treat us like family.
Pizza? Though not the greatest texture/taste AND my kidneys started hurting when I started eating it, and stop when I stop.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should address the toxic work environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
They assess your skills and tell you how it best fits the company. Also, the way they invest in your development.
They made me feel relaxed and welcome. It felt as though we were just shooting the breeze, but remained professional.
It was easy, and the people were friendly
They don't have good training but at least they have some compared to others
