It is thorough. Sometimes it might feel like a lot for a candidate, but in the end it helps to make sure it is a good fit for both the candidate and the company.

It is a combination of the people I work with and the type of work I get to do. There is always something new to learn, and lots of opportunity to grow with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super approachable and friendly. Even if there is a situation where people don't care for each other it is very civil. I've worked at a number of companies with great culture and felt at home on day one at Flywire.
