Great healthcare benefits, and equity. On top of that generous commuter benefits to pay for subway and/or parking

Everyone is super smart, hardworking and collaborative. There's never any pushback or "that's not my job" attitudes. Everyone treats each other like family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flywire has an amazing culture. Everyone genuinely wants to collaborate, get involved and shows an interest in their fellow FlyMates. There are often many social events to boost morale and get people together for fun "outside of work."

Committed to core values as well as diversity and inclusion. It's not just talk, we live it every day. Fun company culture and atmosphere. Open and friendly and love the global aspect of Flywire. With offices around the world, you get the opportunity to work with so many different people.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to meet with multiple members of the company (including executives) across different departments gave me good insight into the cross-functional team I'd be working with on a day-to-day basis.
