What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior leadership is indecisive and does not take accountability.
Some are able to understand but some have attitudes that is difficult to work with.

Fostering a fair and equal workplace, stamping out the bullying, and getting rid of toxic DuPont culture
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental needs to have axtnex back. Do not like met life not enought dentist to take them an they are hard to get paid for services

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am wearing two hats but compensated for the lower end of one
My education and work experience is more than others with the same title and I'm receiving the least. In addition, I have many skills that are underutilized. I would be satisfied if it were fair across the board.

Matured, well qualified who know how to run the show

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team wirk an withoyt attitude. Better patient care instead of cel phones.
Understand the meaning of a union and choose love , not hate. The place has become toxic and is a hostile work environment in every way. Nobody gets along . People from the town have ruined what was once a good place to work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Toxic workplace, bullying, lack of communication, unfair equity and development, not a level playing field, poor management
Leadership is focused on lining their own pockets and not about their employees mental health and work life balance
