What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very approachable and willing to go above and beyond to support our team.
I like that they're approachable regardless of title level.

FFP is always taking a look at how they can improve our compensation package (which I appreciate!). It is competitive with the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
FFP is full of experienced, passionate, and down to earth folks who love what they do. In fact, our core team has worked together for over a decade. Great company culture and people to work with/learn from!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we work hard and sometimes over 8 hours, the company recognizes hard work and allows for a flexible schedule to recover from a difficult project. Its a sustainable balance between a sprint and recovery time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview to hire process was lightning fast. Super happy with the process.
