Corporate only cares about corporate. Plant management is horrible.

Medical insurance is second to few

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's dog eat dog union mentality. Some people are good. Managment gossips, slanders, and bullies and there is no trust

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership is horrible and two faced. They safety is important and they appreciate it but it's 100% back handed by plant manager

Was given an upfront positive perception of the company (learned better the longer I'm here)

What makes you most happy at work?
Not a lot. I guess I feel good about some people but we have a lot of quality and food safety issues that get swept under the rug. Management knows how to make it look like things are up to code.
