Getting in the way of innovation, being less political
The leadership has no future plan aside for a quick exit strategy. The CEO has also more focus on his radical identity political agenda making those who are not left wing or LGBT feel alienated and demotivated.
Not being a group of white men would be a good start.

Senior management has no interest in the company long term - strictly a quick exit.
Lack of enablement and resources to make sales teams successful. This is why you see such high levels of attrition.
Company needs to level comp across all directors and up. Men in sales (yet mysteriously have no budget to manage, no P&L, no quota, no targets, no direct reports) are paid more than women who manage $MM budgets, supervise large teams and are held to revenue generatiom metrics.
