Candid interactions, tons of respect, will go out of their way to help others. Diverse thinking.
Everyone really, really likes each other. There's a huge feeling of mutual respect, support, and levity.
The Formidable team is some of the best, funniest, most humble people I have ever met.

Genuine camaraderie with everyone who works there
There is a lot of mutual respect flying around the premises and everyone actually likes coming to work.

Ridiculous slack conversations, doing crossword puzzles in the office
Being given responsibility and ownership of my tasks. Also, the people I work with bring a smile to my face.
