Cynthia Elzinga — Senior Vice President of IT Strategy Solutions at Forsythe Technology

Ms. Cynthia Elzinga has been Senior Vice President of IT Strategy Solutions of Forsythe Technology Inc. since June 29, 2007, and also serves as its Member of Senior Management Team. Ms. Elzinga leads the development of new solutions offerings for Forsythe's rapidly expanding consulting services arm. She served as Senior Vice President of Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc. She served Experian as the Senior Vice President of Technology Services and Service Delivery at Experian's global marketing service unit. Her prior experience includes IT management positions at AC Nielsen, McDonald's Corporation, and Ernst and Young. She has more than 25 years of experience in building and implementing high-impact change initiatives, and in leading organizations through periods of consolidation, restructuring, acquisition, integration, and high growth. She has continued her leadership development through the Ashridge Executive Development Program, the Center for Creative Leadership-Leadership at the Peak, and the Senn Delaney organization/culture leadership programs. She has been a Director of Forsythe Technology Inc. since 2006. Ms. Elzinga earned her BBA in Electronic Data Processing at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator.
