Mr. R. Thomas Hoffman, also known as Tom, serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Forsythe Technology, Inc. Prior to joining Forsythe, Mr. Hoffman served as senior vice president and associate general counsel for the commercial finance division of Associates First Capital Corporation, which has since been acquired by Citigroup. He sits on Forsythe's board of directors. Mr. Hoffman earned his bachelor's degree in social sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill, and received his J.D. from DePaul University, Chicago.
