Mr. William P. Brennan, also known as Bill, serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Forsythe Technology, Inc. and Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc., since October 2005 and is responsible for Forsythe's technology and business consulting services, technology leasing services, and value-added reseller services for all of the leading technology product manufacturers. Mr. Brennan has more than 25 years of IT industry and extensive strategic planning, business model development, organization change management, and process design experience. Mr. Brennan served as Senior Vice President of Sales and prior to that, Vice President of Sales and Product Operations at Forsythe Solutions Group, where he was responsible for client targeting, marketing integration, and sales programs, sales team development and planning, sales methodology and order fulfillment processes. Before joining Forsythe in 2003, Mr. Brennan was an independent consultant, leading strategic business transformation engagements. He spent 14 years in sales, marketing, and management with IBM Corporation. He has been a Director of Forsythe Technology Inc., and serves as Chairman of Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc. He is a Member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and the Executives' Club of Chicago. Mr. Brennan earned his bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
