At Forte Group, we are committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity, promotes equity, and champions inclusion.
Recently, we initiated a comprehensive DEI campaign across all Forte Group locations. Our goal is to enhance communication, deepen understanding among employees, and foster collaboration among our diverse team members. The campaign featured workshops with external speakers, engaging psychological sessions, specialized learning courses, interactive quizzes, and team-building activities. This holistic approach ensures that our colleagues not only embrace diversity but also thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment.
As part of our commitment to empowering women in business, we launched Forte Women Club — a series of internal meetups. These gatherings provide a platform for our employees to share their success stories, valuable insights, and experiences in the business world. Through these meetups, we aim to inspire and uplift one another, creating a supportive community within our organization. The Forte Women Club is more than just a network — it's a community that fosters mentorship and collaboration of women in our company.
Our Company is committed to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This requires you to be alert and to ask a question or report a concern if you need guidance or suspect that there has been or may be a violation of any applicable law or regulation. In November 2023, we introduced a new internal policy – Global Ethics Hotline. The Ethics Hotline is a web-based reporting tool for all Forte Group employees to safely and confidently report any of the following incidents anonymously: Discrimination, Ethical Violations, Unsafe Working Conditions, Fraud, Improper Conduct and so on.
Our commitment to continuous learning is exemplified through the Forte Learning Academy. Our Learning and Development Department actively provides valuable courses covering both soft and hard skills, along with engaging workshops. Recently, we introduced a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline the learning process, making it more accessible and convenient for all employees.
By setting and achieving these measurable goals, we strive to create a workplace that not only embraces diversity but actively works to amplify its positive influence on our company culture and beyond.
